Wallpaper

On one of my pages there is one page that is set inside a home and when it came to coloring I thought I didn't want a simple plain color walls so I decided to create some wallpaper. I googled wallpaper and found some floral designs I liked and used them as inspiration as I created my own.

 

After looking at these designs I decided to simplify and create a repeating pattern just like the one above, I started by drawing out the outline of the shape I wanted I went for a three prong leaf with a ball underneath

          


I next colored inside the shape in another layer then deleted the bold black lines .



 


After this I selected the shape and began to copy the layer to rearrange shape creating my repeating pattern.This took awhile to get right.

 

Once the pattern was finalized all that was left to do was color the background, I went with purple as it goes with the turquoise and the underlined theme of my comic.
